Following the success of the "Peer-led Evaluation" capacity-building training program, KosEd is proud to announce that SHFMU "Ahmet Hoxha" - Ferizaj, since April, is the first school to start the school-based training program "Evidence-Based Pedagogical Practice."
This initiative marks a significant step towards enhancing the quality of teaching through evidence-based methods and collaborative practices. The dedication and commitment of the staff and teachers at SHFMU "Ahmet Hoxha" exemplify the importance of collaboration in strengthening educational practices.
Notably, the Education Inspector in Ferizaj, Mr. Bujar Bajrami, also participated in one of these modules, demonstrating a shared commitment to the professional development of teachers and the improvement of education standards.

The purpose of the school-based teacher training program is to support teachers in the practical and comprehensive implementation of the new curriculum, namely the integration of evidence-based pedagogical practices in pre-university education.
The training program is prepared as a support resource for all school teachers and in accordance with the needs identified by them.
